CUSTOMER CONCERN After front-bumper and parking-sensor replacement, DTC C1AEC sets for a front ultrasonic-sensor communication fault. CAUSE The replacement front ultrasonic sensors had not been initialized, leaving the parking-assist system in an unconfigured state. CORRECTION Initialize the No. 1 and No. 2 front ultrasonic sensors with the OE scan tool, clear DTC C1AEC, and verify normal front parking-assist operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN READY mode intermittently fails, the navigation display flickers, and DTCs P3000, C1545, B1585, B1551, and B15F9 are stored. CAUSE The key-fob battery was too weak for reliable smart-key recognition, producing intermittent startup and electrical symptoms. CORRECTION Remove and replace the key-fob battery, clear the stored DTCs, and verify consistent smart-key recognition, READY mode, and navigation-display operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The vehicle ran out of fuel and would not enter READY mode after refueling; the BCM, PCM, and hybrid ECU stored B1206, B2321, B2324, P2311, and P3000. CAUSE Fuel depletion left hybrid-system shutdown DTCs latched across multiple control modules, preventing READY mode even after fuel was added. CORRECTION Clear the DTCs from every affected control module, confirm READY mode and engine startup, and verify no codes reset during the road test.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The driver-side vents remain warmer than the passenger-side vents even with the driver air-mix door commanded fully cold. CAUSE The A/C evaporator core leaked refrigerant; the recovered charge was only 0.3 lb and the air-mix door operated normally. CORRECTION Remove and replace the leaking A/C evaporator core, evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system to specification, and verify balanced cold-air temperature from both sides.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The vehicle will not start, hybrid-battery state of charge is low, and auxiliary-battery-temperature-sensor DTC P1B03 returns immediately after clearing. CUSTOMER CONCERN A motor-like noise runs continuously under the hood and the Active Hydraulic Booster stores DTC C1237 for the primary pressure-sensor signal. CAUSE Hydraulic pressure data did not respond while HPU battery feeds at pins 1, 2, and 3 and grounds at pins 25 and 26 were present, confirming an internal Hydraulic Power Unit failure. CUSTOMER CONCERN The hybrid system will not complete high-voltage precharge and stores DTC P1B77. CAUSE The 12-volt battery failed a load test and the high-voltage safety plug measured open, preventing the 12-volt-controlled battery contactors from completing precharge. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed 12-volt battery and open high-voltage safety plug, clear DTC P1B77, and verify contactor operation, precharge completion, and READY mode.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The electric engine coolant pump runs continuously and DTCs U019F and P26CA reset in the PCM. CAUSE The electric coolant-pump connector wiring had a circuit fault, preventing normal communication and pump shutdown control. CORRECTION Repair the electric engine coolant-pump connector wiring, clear DTCs U019F and P26CA, and verify commanded pump speed, shutdown, and cooling-system operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The vehicle will not start after engine replacement, the ECM and TCM do not communicate, F-CAN voltage exceeds 8 volts, and VSA DTCs 86-12, 86-13, 86-14, and 86-24 are stored. CAUSE The four-wire A/C compressor connector and rear oxygen-sensor connector were interchanged during engine installation, corrupting the high-speed F-CAN circuit. CORRECTION Reconnect the A/C compressor and rear oxygen-sensor harness connectors to their correct components, clear DTCs

CUSTOMER CONCERN The A/C compressor is inoperative with no stored codes, and scan data shows the A/C switch remains OFF. CAUSE The climate-control panel failed to ground the pink A/C-request circuit after the MICU reference, compressor thermal protector, temperature-sensor inputs, and blower operation checked correctly. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed climate-control panel and verify the A/C request changes to ON, the compressor engages, and the system cools normally
