CUSTOMER CONCERN

The electric engine coolant pump runs continuously and DTCs U019F and P26CA reset in the PCM.

CAUSE

The electric coolant-pump connector wiring had a circuit fault, preventing normal communication and pump shutdown control.

CORRECTION

Repair the electric engine coolant-pump connector wiring, clear DTCs U019F and P26CA, and verify commanded pump speed, shutdown, and cooling-system operation.
