2013 Honda CR-Z – A/C Inoperative With No A/C Request

CUSTOMER CONCERN
The A/C compressor is inoperative with no stored codes, and scan data shows the A/C switch remains OFF.
CAUSE
The climate-control panel failed to ground the pink A/C-request circuit after the MICU reference, compressor thermal protector, temperature-sensor inputs, and blower operation checked correctly.
CORRECTION
Remove and replace the failed climate-control panel and verify the A/C request changes to ON, the compressor engages, and the system cools normally.
