CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the vehicle loses power and will not move. DTC P2797 with information code 865 is stored. CAUSE The code remained after replacement of the auxiliary oil-pump motor controller, and the confirmed failure was the transmission auxiliary oil pump. CORRECTION Remove and replace auxiliary transmission oil pump. Clear transmission DTCs.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states brake pressure was lost at the right rear after rear brake and caliper replacement, and conventional bleeding did not restore the pedal. CAUSE Air remained trapped in the electronically controlled brake system, leaving insufficient hydraulic pressure for conventional bleeding. CORRECTION Use a compatible scan tool to operate the brake pump, build hydraulic pressure and perform the complete brake bleeding procedure.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the traction-control, ABS and brake warning lights are on. DTCs C1241 and C1249 are stored. CAUSE The stop-lamp input circuit did not supply battery voltage to skid-control ECU connector S39 terminal 14 on the Black wire with the brake pedal applied, confirming a failed brake light switch. CORRECTION Remove and replace brake light switch. Clear brake-system DTCs and verify stop-lamp operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states hybrid-system warning lights are on and DTCs P0A80 and P3015 are stored. CAUSE Hybrid-battery stress testing showed battery block 5 dropping excessively under load, confirming deterioration inside the high-voltage battery pack. CORRECTION Remove and replace high-voltage battery pack. Clear hybrid-system DTCs.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the ABS warning light is on and DTC C0210 remains after right rear wheel-speed sensor replacement. CAUSE Testing confirmed a fault in the right rear wheel-speed sensor harness or circuit rather than the replacement sensor. CORRECTION Repair right rear wheel-speed sensor wiring harness and clear ABS DTCs.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states DTC P1116 appeared two weeks after the cooling system was drained and refilled. CAUSE Air remained trapped in the coolant heat-storage circuit; this system requires scan-tool-assisted bleeding. CORRECTION Perform cooling-system air-bleed procedure with a compatible scan tool and clear DTC P1116.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the master warning and check-engine lights return after approximately 10 miles, with P0A80 and P3000 information code 123. CAUSE Road-test scan data showed excessive variation between high-voltage battery blocks; a block differed by more than 0.5 volt under load, confirming battery-pack deterioration. CORRECTION Remove and replace high-voltage battery pack. Clear hybrid-system DTCs.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states there is no cabin heat and DTCs P1116, P1121 and P1122 are stored. CAUSE Active testing of the coolant heat-storage system confirmed the coolant flow-control valve position did not track commanded positions. CORRECTION Remove and replace coolant flow-control valve. Refill and bleed engine cooling system.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the check-engine light is on with misfire codes even though the engine runs smoothly and no misfire is felt. CAUSE Diagnosis confirmed the PCM calibration was falsely detecting cylinder misfires. CORRECTION Program PCM with updated calibration. Clear misfire DTCs and perform crankshaft-position relearn.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the 12-volt charging system is inoperative after high-voltage battery replacement and DTC P0A94 is stored. CAUSE Fuse 3 and the power supply at terminal 2 of the DC-DC converter four-pin black connector tested correctly, confirming an internal DC-DC converter fault. CORRECTION Remove and replace DC-DC converter. Clear DTC P0A94 and verify 12-volt charging operation.
