2007 Honda Civic Hybrid – 12-Volt System Not Charging With P0A94

CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the 12-volt charging system is inoperative after high-voltage battery replacement and DTC P0A94 is stored.

CAUSE

Fuse 3 and the power supply at terminal 2 of the DC-DC converter four-pin black connector tested correctly, confirming an internal DC-DC converter fault.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace DC-DC converter. Clear DTC P0A94 and verify 12-volt charging operation.
