CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states hybrid-system warning lights are on and DTCs P0A80 and P3015 are stored.

CAUSE

Hybrid-battery stress testing showed battery block 5 dropping excessively under load, confirming deterioration inside the high-voltage battery pack.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace high-voltage battery pack. Clear hybrid-system DTCs.
