CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the master warning and check-engine lights return after approximately 10 miles, with P0A80 and P3000 information code 123.

CAUSE

Road-test scan data showed excessive variation between high-voltage battery blocks; a block differed by more than 0.5 volt under load, confirming battery-pack deterioration.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace high-voltage battery pack. Clear hybrid-system DTCs.
