CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states brake pressure was lost at the right rear after rear brake and caliper replacement, and conventional bleeding did not restore the pedal.

CAUSE

Air remained trapped in the electronically controlled brake system, leaving insufficient hydraulic pressure for conventional bleeding.

CORRECTION

Use a compatible scan tool to operate the brake pump, build hydraulic pressure and perform the complete brake bleeding procedure.
