CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the vehicle loses power and will not move. DTC P2797 with information code 865 is stored.

CAUSE

The code remained after replacement of the auxiliary oil-pump motor controller, and the confirmed failure was the transmission auxiliary oil pump.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace auxiliary transmission oil pump. Clear transmission DTCs.
