CUSTOMER CONCERN After CVT replacement and programming, traction-motor DTCs P317B and P3266 remain stored. CAUSE The required traction-motor resolver-offset learning procedure was not completed after transmission replacement. CORRECTION Perform the traction-motor resolver-offset relearn, clear DTCs P317B and P3266, and verify the traction-motor system completes its self-check without resetting the codes.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The check-engine light is on with DTCs U019F, P26D0, and P26CA for the electric engine-coolant pump communication and power circuits. CAUSE The gray power wire in the electric coolant-pump harness was rubbed through by a pump mounting bolt approximately six inches from the connector, leaving the circuit open. CORRECTION Repair the damaged gray electric coolant-pump power wire, secure the harness away from the mounting bolt, clear DTCs U019F, P26D0, and P26CA,

CUSTOMER CONCERN The 12-volt auxiliary system reads 0 volts at the jump-start terminals. The vehicle starts with a jump but returns to 0 volts after the charger is disconnected. CAUSE Low auxiliary-battery voltage caused the Battery Management System to open the B+ relay, isolating the auxiliary battery from the vehicle. CUSTOMER CONCERN After collision repair, DTCs C0051-54, U3000-54, and U0416-68 remain stored and the VSA neutral-position memorization will not complete. CAUSE The steering-angle and stability-control neutral position had not been successfully calibrated; aftermarket scan tools could not complete the required relearn. CORRECTION Perform the VSA neutral-position memorization with Honda J2534/OEM software, clear DTCs C0051-54, U3000-54, and U0416-68, and verify the calibration

CUSTOMER CONCERN A cooling-system warning appears on the instrument panel and DTC P2602 is stored for the electric engine-coolant pump. CAUSE The electric engine-coolant pump failed after its power, ground, trigger, and speed-monitor circuits were verified. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed electric engine-coolant pump, refill and bleed the cooling system, clear DTC P2602, and verify normal pump and cooling-system operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The airbag warning lamp is on after body repair and the Restraints Control Module stores DTC U2100. CAUSE The replacement Restraints Control Module was installed without completing Programmable Module Installation configuration. CORRECTION Program and configure the Restraints Control Module with the Ford Programmable Module Installation procedure, clear DTC U2100, and verify the airbag warning lamp remains off.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The 12-volt battery is not charging and the DC/DC converter module stores DTC U3000:04. CAUSE The 12-volt battery failed and could not accept or maintain the converter's charging output. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed 12-volt battery, clear DTC U3000:04, and verify the DC/DC converter charges the low-voltage system normally.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The rear of the vehicle sits low and the air-suspension system cannot restore normal ride height. CAUSE The rear air-spring compressor failed and could not supply the suspension system correctly. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed rear air-spring compressor, then verify the rear suspension raises, lowers, and maintains normal ride height.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The check-engine light is on and fault 21B000 is stored for the fuel-tank pressure-sensor communication circuit. CAUSE The fuel-tank pressure sensor failed and stopped communicating on its Local Interconnect Network circuit. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed fuel-tank pressure sensor, clear fault 21B000, and verify pressure-sensor communication and emissions-system operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The check-engine light remains on with fault 106004 after the fuel-tank vent valve was replaced. CAUSE Raw fuel contaminated the evaporative-emissions charcoal canister after the range-extender fuel tank was overfilled. CORRECTION Remove and replace the fuel-vapor charcoal canister, clear fault 106004, and verify the check-engine light remains off.
