CUSTOMER CONCERN

The rear of the vehicle sits low and the air-suspension system cannot restore normal ride height.

CAUSE

The rear air-spring compressor failed and could not supply the suspension system correctly.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed rear air-spring compressor, then verify the rear suspension raises, lowers, and maintains normal ride height.
