2018 Honda Accord Hybrid – VSA Calibration Codes After Collision Repair

CUSTOMER CONCERN

After collision repair, DTCs C0051-54, U3000-54, and U0416-68 remain stored and the VSA neutral-position memorization will not complete.

CAUSE

The steering-angle and stability-control neutral position had not been successfully calibrated; aftermarket scan tools could not complete the required relearn.

CORRECTION

Perform the VSA neutral-position memorization with Honda J2534/OEM software, clear DTCs C0051-54, U3000-54, and U0416-68, and verify the calibration completes and warning lamps remain off.
