CUSTOMER CONCERN The air conditioning is inoperative and DTC B14AC returns even after replacement of the heat-pump ECU. CAUSE The No. 2 high-pressure magnetic-valve circuit had a broken wire behind the front bumper. CORRECTION Repair the broken No. 2 high-pressure magnetic-valve wire behind the bumper, clear DTC B14AC, and verify normal heat-pump air-conditioning operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The vehicle has severely reduced power and stores DTC P314A for inverter-coolant-pump operation. CAUSE Rodent damage near the radiator severed all four wires in the inverter-coolant-pump harness. CORRECTION Repair all four damaged inverter-coolant-pump wires near the radiator, clear DTC P314A, and verify normal pump operation and vehicle power.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The coolant-temperature gauge reads full hot and the combination meter stores DTC B1503.
