CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle has severely reduced power and stores DTC P314A for inverter-coolant-pump operation.

CAUSE

Rodent damage near the radiator severed all four wires in the inverter-coolant-pump harness.

CORRECTION

Repair all four damaged inverter-coolant-pump wires near the radiator, clear DTC P314A, and verify normal pump operation and vehicle power.
