2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid – No Ready Mode With P0B37

CUSTOMER CONCERN
After transmission replacement, the vehicle will not enter Ready mode or start. The ABS activates when the brake pedal is pressed, the start button flashes, and the BECM stores DTC P0B37.
CAUSE
The high-voltage battery service-disconnect plug was not fully connected and latched, preventing the Battery Energy Control Module from enabling the high-voltage battery.
CORRECTION
Fully seat and latch the high-voltage battery service-disconnect plug, clear DTC P0B37, and verify the vehicle enters Ready mode and the hybrid system operates normally.
