2019 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid – Unintended ABS Activation While Driving

CUSTOMER CONCERN
The vehicle intermittently brakes on its own while driving, with audible ABS activation. DTCs U2107, U0401, and U0415 may be stored, although the symptom can occur without codes.
CAUSE
The right-front ABS tone ring in the hub and bearing assembly was warped, producing an incorrect wheel-speed signal and unintended ABS intervention.
CORRECTION
Remove and replace the right-front hub and bearing assembly, clear DTCs U2107, U0401, and U0415, and verify the ABS no longer activates unexpectedly during the road test.
