2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV LT – Will Not Move or Charge After Collision Repair

CUSTOMER CONCERN
The vehicle will not move or charge, and the instrument-panel charge indicator remains solid yellow after minor front-end body repair.
CAUSE
A secured high-voltage crash-related DTC lockout remained active after the collision repairs, preventing propulsion and charging.
CORRECTION
Perform the required post-collision and high-voltage system inspections, clear the secured high-voltage DTCs with a compatible scan tool, and verify normal charging and propulsion operation.
