2018 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid – Stuck in Park With U019E and U101F

CUSTOMER CONCERN
The transmission will not shift out of Park, the dash displays an Automatic Shift Fault warning, and DTCs U019E and U101F reset after clearing.
CAUSE
The Transmission Range Control Module did not communicate with multiple scan tools while all other modules remained accessible. Circuit checks supported a failed TRCM, and the exact-vehicle confirmed repair replaced the module.
CORRECTION
Remove and replace the failed Transmission Range Control Module, adjust the selector cable as required by the replacement procedure, clear DTCs U019E and U101F, and verify normal gear selection.
