CUSTOMER CONCERN Malfunction indicator lamp is on with electric water-pump DTC P31E9. CAUSE Electric water pump No. 1 at the right-front corner near the coolant reservoir had failed. CORRECTION Remove and replace electric water pump No. 1, refill and bleed the cooling system, clear DTC P31E9, and verify pump and cooling-system operation.
2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid SE – Stop Safely Now With P1A10
CUSTOMER CONCERN The engine will not crank, a Stop Safely Now message is displayed, and DTCs P0B37, P1A10, and P0A0A are stored. CAUSE The high-voltage battery service disconnect was not fully seated and latched, leaving the interlock circuit open. CORRECTION Disable the high-voltage system as required, fully seat and latch the high-voltage battery service disconnect, clear DTCs P0B37, P1A10, and P0A0A, and verify READY mode and hybrid-system operation.
2010 Lexus RX450h – No Start With P0AA6
CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle is towed in with a no-start condition and Hybrid Battery Voltage System Isolation Fault DTC P0AA6. CAUSE The electric A/C compressor had an internal high-voltage isolation fault. CORRECTION Disable the high-voltage system, remove and replace the electric A/C compressor, clear DTC P0AA6, and verify isolation resistance and READY operation.
2014 Lexus ES300h – ABS and Traction Lights With C1391
CUSTOMER CONCERN ABS and traction-control warning lamps illuminate intermittently with DTC C1391 and no external brake-fluid leaks. CAUSE Accumulator pressure did not hold as specified, confirming an internal accumulator leak within the brake master-cylinder/skid-control actuator assembly. CAUSE The in-tank fuel-pump seal was torn, allowing the pump to draw air and produce insufficient fuel pressure. CORRECTION Remove and replace the fuel-pump module and damaged seal, clear the lean-condition DTCs, and verify normal fuel pressure and engine operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN After cylinder-head gasket service, DTC P0016 sets. CAUSE Camshaft timing was misaligned after engine reassembly. CORRECTION Reset the camshaft timing to specification, clear DTC P0016, and verify proper cam/crank correlation and engine operation.
2013 Lexus ES300h – Weak Passenger-Side Heat
CUSTOMER CONCERN Passenger-side heater output is weak. CAUSE The heater core was restricted after engine temperature and air-mix servo operation were verified. CORRECTION Remove and replace the restricted heater core, refill and bleed the cooling system, and verify balanced heater output from both sides.
2014 Toyota Prius V – No READY Mode With P0A09 P0A0D and U0110
CUSTOMER CONCERN After engine replacement, the vehicle will not enter READY mode and stores DTCs P0A09, P0A0D, and U0110. CAUSE An inverter-with-converter electrical connector was not fully seated after the engine service, opening the high-voltage interlock and converter communication circuits. CORRECTION Fully seat and lock the inverter-with-converter connector, clear DTCs P0A09, P0A0D, and U0110, and verify READY mode, converter communication, and hybrid-system operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN After rear brake-caliper replacement, DTCs C1203, C1345, and C1451 are stored.
