CUSTOMER CONCERN

Vehicle is towed in with a no-start condition and Hybrid Battery Voltage System Isolation Fault DTC P0AA6.

CAUSE

The electric A/C compressor had an internal high-voltage isolation fault.

CORRECTION

Disable the high-voltage system, remove and replace the electric A/C compressor, clear DTC P0AA6, and verify isolation resistance and READY operation.
