CUSTOMER CONCERN IMA and check-engine warning lights are on, and DTC P0A7F is stored. CAUSE Battery-module testing confirmed deterioration inside the high-voltage Integrated Motor Assist battery pack. CORRECTION Remove and replace the deteriorated high-voltage IMA battery pack.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Air conditioning is inoperative and DTC B2992 returns after clearing. CAUSE The climate-control panel had already been replaced, and testing of the Blue/Red and Red circuits from the compressor to climate-control-panel pins B11 and B12 confirmed the air-conditioning compressor had failed. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed air-conditioning compressor.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Electric steering assist is excessive when turning left and requires unusually high effort when turning right. CAUSE Torque-sensor data read approximately -2.5 at center, -3.1 while turning left, and 0.6–1.7 while turning right, confirming an incorrect torque-sensor zero point. CORRECTION Perform the electric power-steering torque-sensor zero-point calibration and verify balanced steering assist.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle has a severe transmission shudder when accelerating from a stop. CAUSE Testing and the applicable Honda transmission bulletin confirmed an internal continuously variable transmission failure. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed continuously variable transmission.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Advanced hydraulic-booster pump remains on and the brake system stores code 14. CAUSE The pump produced approximately 1,740 psi, but pressure dropped with no external fluid leak, confirming an internal leak in the advanced hydraulic-booster servo unit. CORRECTION Remove and replace the internally leaking advanced hydraulic-booster servo unit.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle will not crank after engine service, and DTCs P1AE2, P1B05 and P1B06 are stored. CAUSE Inspection confirmed the drive-motor-generator control-module sight shield was not installed, leaving the high-voltage interlock circuit open. CORRECTION Install and secure the drive-motor-generator control-module sight shield to close the high-voltage interlock circuit.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Check-engine light is on with DTC P0430, although the engine otherwise runs normally. CAUSE Fuel-trim, misfire, coolant-consumption, and catalyst testing confirmed the bank 2 catalytic converter had failed. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed bank 2 catalytic converter.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Engine misfires on cylinder 4, injector pulse is absent on that cylinder, and DTCs P0304 and P3425 are stored. CAUSE Inspection confirmed a fault in the orange-wire circuit at the Valve Lifter Oil Manifold harness connector for cylinder 4. CORRECTION Repair the failed orange-wire circuit at the Valve Lifter Oil Manifold connector.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Oil-pressure warning remains on while the engine is running. CAUSE DTC P0521 was stored, and testing confirmed a failed oil-pressure sending switch. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed oil-pressure sending switch.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Lower right brake and turn-signal lamp is inoperative while the upper lamp operates normally. CAUSE Power, ground, and bulb checks confirmed a failed lower lamp bulb socket. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed brake and turn-signal bulb socket.
