CUSTOMER CONCERN

Vehicle will not crank after engine service, and DTCs P1AE2, P1B05 and P1B06 are stored.

CAUSE

Inspection confirmed the drive-motor-generator control-module sight shield was not installed, leaving the high-voltage interlock circuit open.

CORRECTION

Install and secure the drive-motor-generator control-module sight shield to close the high-voltage interlock circuit.
