CUSTOMER CONCERN Engine misfires on cylinder 6 and compression testing shows no compression on that cylinder. CAUSE Inspection confirmed a failed valve roller lifter on cylinder 6. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed valve roller lifter.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Engine stalls intermittently and may not restart, with no fuel pressure and DTCs P0230 and U0109. CAUSE Testing confirmed an internal failure of the fuel-pump control module. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed fuel-pump control module. Program and configure the replacement module.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle will not crank and stores DTCs P1AE2, P1B05 and P1B06. CAUSE The high-voltage interlock remained open because the manual-disconnect lever and sight shield were not fully seated. CORRECTION Correctly seat the high-voltage manual-disconnect lever and install the sight shield to close the interlock circuit.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Check-engine light is on with DTC P0011. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed intake camshaft actuator solenoid. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed intake camshaft actuator solenoid.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Power-steering assist is lost intermittently with DTC C0545. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed steering-shaft torque sensor. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed steering-shaft torque sensor. Calibrate the replacement sensor.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Battery warning light is on with DTC P1A59. CAUSE Testing confirmed a fault in the high-voltage hybrid battery assembly addressed by the applicable battery campaign. CORRECTION Perform the applicable high-voltage battery campaign repair and remove and replace the failed battery assembly as specified.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Electric power-steering assist is inoperative with DTC C0460. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed electric power-steering motor. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed electric power-steering motor.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle will not crank after hybrid-system repair and DTC P0633 is stored. CAUSE The theft-deterrent system lost the required immobilizer identification during the repair. CORRECTION Perform the immobilizer relearn procedure.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Service Stability message is displayed with DTC C0710-5A. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed steering-wheel position sensor. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed steering-wheel position sensor. Center and calibrate the replacement sensor.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Engine enters reduced-power mode with DTC P2135. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed throttle-position-sensor cover assembly. CORRECTION Remove and replace the throttle-position-sensor cover. Program the ECM and perform the required throttle relearn.
