CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle will not operate or charge and stores DTC P0AA6. CAUSE High-voltage isolation testing measured 90 volts between the positive battery terminal and battery case. Isolating the module stacks identified battery module 37 shorted from its positive side to its casing. CORRECTION Remove and replace failed high-voltage battery module 37, reassemble the battery pack, clear DTC P0AA6, and verify vehicle operation and charging.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer reports the hybrid warning light is on with DTCs P0A93 and P0AC4. The inverter-coolant reservoir was low, and the codes prevented the vehicle from passing an emissions inspection. CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer reports the fuel-pump nozzle repeatedly shuts off while refueling. DTC P1450 may be stored in the Powertrain Control Module. CAUSE Inspection confirmed a restriction in the EVAP fresh-air pipe, preventing the fuel-tank vapor system from venting properly during refueling. CORRECTION Clean the restricted EVAP fresh-air pipe, remove the obstruction, and verify normal refueling and EVAP system operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer reports multiple ABS warning lights illuminated with DTC C1391. The pump and accumulator assembly had been replaced previously, but the warning lights and code returned after approximately 200 miles. CAUSE Diagnosis confirmed an internal leak and failure in the ABS actuator and electronic control unit. CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the vehicle was towed in because it will not enter READY mode. DTCs P0A7A-122 and P0A94-127 were stored, and P0A94-127 returned immediately after clearing. CAUSE Confirmed internal failure of the power inverter caused the no-READY condition and recurring inverter-performance fault. CORRECTION Remove and replace the power inverter.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the vehicle will not start and the READY indicator does not illuminate after the high-voltage battery service plug was removed during maintenance. CAUSE Inspection confirmed the battery service plug was not fully installed and locked, leaving the high-voltage interlock open. CORRECTION Install the high-voltage battery service plug, move its lever fully to the left and engage the lock securely.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the traction-control, brake, tire-pressure and ABS warning indicators are on. DTCs C0210, C0371, C1271, C1272, C1273, C1274, C1275, C1276, C1277, C1278, C1281 and C1346 are stored. CAUSE Testing confirmed the right-rear wheel-speed sensor failed. CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the malfunction indicator light is on. EVAP small-leak DTC P0456 is stored. CAUSE Smoke testing with a soapy-water check confirmed a crack in the plastic fuel-pump housing below the retaining ring. CORRECTION Remove and replace the fuel-pump assembly.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the engine rattles badly at startup and misfires. The ECM stores DTCs P0300, P0302, P0303 and P0304. CAUSE Confirmed failed ignition coils and worn spark plugs caused the startup misfire and rattle. CORRECTION Remove and replace the ignition coils and spark plugs.
