CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the vehicle will not start and the READY indicator does not illuminate after the high-voltage battery service plug was removed during maintenance.

CAUSE

Inspection confirmed the battery service plug was not fully installed and locked, leaving the high-voltage interlock open.

CORRECTION

Install the high-voltage battery service plug, move its lever fully to the left and engage the lock securely.
