CUSTOMER CONCERN

Cabin heater blows cold when heat is selected.

CAUSE

The G36 auxiliary heater coolant pump did not run although its power, ground, light green/gray terminal 1 command circuit, and violet/yellow terminal 3 duty-cycle circuit tested correctly.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the G36 auxiliary heater coolant pump and verify cabin heat operation.
