CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the vehicle intermittently enters limp mode. DTCs P0A7C, P1A0D, P1A0E and P1A0F are stored.

CAUSE

The Motor Electronics Cooling System pump did not operate with the key on and failed direct power testing, confirming pump failure.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace Motor Electronics Cooling System pump. Refill and bleed electronics cooling circuit, clear hybrid DTCs and verify pump operation.
