CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the engine will not crank. DTCs P0AA6 and C1862 reset during a start attempt.

CAUSE

High-voltage system testing confirmed an internal isolation fault in the traction-battery assembly.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace high-voltage traction-battery assembly. Clear hybrid-system DTCs.
