CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the engine will not crank. DTCs P0AA6 and C1862 reset during a start attempt. CAUSE High-voltage system testing confirmed an internal isolation fault in the traction-battery assembly. CORRECTION Remove and replace high-voltage traction-battery assembly. Clear hybrid-system DTCs.

CUSTOMER CONCERN After a front brake hose was replaced, the brake pedal remained low and DTC C1525 set. CAUSE Air remained trapped in the electronically controlled hydraulic brake system because the hybrid-specific service bleed had not been completed. CORRECTION The full ABS service-bleed procedure was carried out with a compatible scan tool and pressure-bleeding equipment.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The wrench warning appeared intermittently and the PCM stored P1A0C and P2105. CAUSE The electronic throttle body was confirmed faulty. CORRECTION The throttle body was replaced and the PCM calibration was updated.

CUSTOMER CONCERN The Stop Safely warning appeared while driving, with DTCs P0A27 and P1A10 stored even though the fault could not be duplicated in the shop. CAUSE The confirmed fault was in the high-voltage traction-battery internal harness and its calibration. CORRECTION A jumper harness was installed inside the high-voltage battery assembly and the battery control calibration was updated.
