CUSTOMER CONCERN ABS and traction-control warning lights are on with DTCs P0AC4 and U1820. CAUSE Testing isolated the fault to the Electronic Brake Control Module connector and the EBCM. CORRECTION Repair the EBCM connector and remove and replace the failed Electronic Brake Control Module.
2010 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid – Power Running Boards Do Not Communicate
CUSTOMER CONCERN Power running boards are inoperative and the Automatic Step Control Module does not communicate. CAUSE Network testing confirmed a fault in the low-speed GMLAN data circuit. CORRECTION Repair the failed low-speed GMLAN data circuit wiring.
2009 Saturn Vue Hybrid – Intermittent P0013 and P0014
CUSTOMER CONCERN Check-engine light comes on intermittently with DTCs P0013 and P0014. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed exhaust camshaft actuator solenoid. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed exhaust camshaft actuator solenoid.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Warning lights appear intermittently with DTCs C0561-71 and P0011. CAUSE Testing confirmed a failed intake camshaft actuator solenoid. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed intake camshaft actuator solenoid.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Hybrid-system warning is on with DTC P0A37. CAUSE Testing confirmed an internal failure of the starter-generator assembly. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed starter-generator assembly.
2009 Saturn Aura Hybrid – Battery Warning Light After Battery Assembly Replacement
CUSTOMER CONCERN Battery warning light remains on after generator-battery assembly replacement. CAUSE Testing confirmed the replacement generator-battery assembly was faulty. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed generator-battery assembly.
2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid – No Restart With P0AFB, U0111 and U1897
CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle will not restart and stores DTCs P0AFB, U0111 and U1897. CAUSE Diagnosis found a poor connection at the 36-volt battery-cable connector. CORRECTION Repair the 36-volt battery-cable connector and restore a secure electrical connection.
2008 Lexus LS600h L – Misfire Under Acceleration With P0302 and P0304
CUSTOMER CONCERN Engine misfires under acceleration with DTCs P0302 and P0304. CAUSE Circuit testing confirmed a fault in the affected fuel-injector wiring. CORRECTION Repair the failed fuel-injector circuit wiring.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Check-engine light is on with DTC P1116. CAUSE Testing confirmed the coolant heat-storage water pump failed to circulate coolant. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed coolant heat-storage water pump. Refill and bleed the cooling system.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Touch-screen controls are inoperative. CAUSE Testing confirmed an internal failure of the multi-display unit. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed multi-display assembly.
