CUSTOMER CONCERN After transmission replacement, the vehicle will not enter Ready mode or start. The ABS activates when the brake pedal is pressed, the start button flashes, and the BECM stores DTC P0B37. CAUSE The high-voltage battery service-disconnect plug was not fully connected and latched, preventing the Battery Energy Control Module from enabling the high-voltage battery. CORRECTION Fully seat and latch the high-voltage battery service-disconnect plug, clear DTC P0B37,

CUSTOMER CONCERN The vehicle has a no-crank, no-start condition with a Service Hybrid System message and DTC P0BBD after an earlier stall. CAUSE The BECM reported insufficient drive-motor battery voltage, and the confirmed repair identified the high-voltage battery assembly as failed. CORRECTION Remove and replace the drive-motor high-voltage battery assembly, clear DTC P0BBD, and verify starting and hybrid-system operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the battery intermittently goes dead while driving. DTCs P0AFB, U0111 and U1897 are stored. CAUSE BECM communication, power, ground and data-circuit checks confirmed an internal Battery Energy Control Module failure. CORRECTION Remove and replace Battery Energy Control Module. Program and configure replacement module. Clear hybrid-system DTCs and verify charging operation.
