CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle will not charge and stores DTCs C1109, C118C-6, U1000, B142A, B2193, P0A1B, P0A8D, P3247, U1027-16, U1027, B2891, U0142-16, and P2891-19.

CAUSE

The confirmed repair identified failures in the EV charging-port plug and the Power Delivery Module.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the failed EV charging-port plug and Power Delivery Module, clear the stored DTCs, and verify normal charging operation.
