2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid – Hybrid System Warning After Evaporator Repair

CUSTOMER CONCERN
After evaporator and instrument-panel service, the READY indicator is on but the hybrid-system warning remains illuminated; DTC U1000 is initially retrieved.
CAUSE
History DTCs U0293 and P30FE remained in the high-voltage battery controller, while U1000, P3178, and P317B remained in the EV/HEV controller after components were disconnected during dash service.
CORRECTION
Clear the stored high-voltage battery and EV/HEV controller DTCs U0293, P30FE, U1000, P3178, and P317B, then verify the hybrid-system warning turns off and no codes reset.
