CUSTOMER CONCERN After evaporator and instrument-panel service, the READY indicator is on but the hybrid-system warning remains illuminated; DTC U1000 is initially retrieved. CAUSE History DTCs U0293 and P30FE remained in the high-voltage battery controller, while U1000, P3178, and P317B remained in the EV/HEV controller after components were disconnected during dash service. CUSTOMER CONCERN The 12-volt charging system is inoperative and DTCs P0AC4, U0293, and U1817 are stored. CAUSE The Hybrid Powertrain Control Module would not communicate even though its power and ground circuits were present, DLC terminals 6 and 14 measured 60 ohms, and other high-speed GMLAN modules communicated normally.
