CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle will not start after engine replacement and stores high-voltage interlock DTCs 21F0DF and 21F28A.

CAUSE

A required high-voltage interlock switch was missing, leaving the safety interlock loop open.

CORRECTION

Install the missing high-voltage interlock switch, clear DTCs 21F0DF and 21F28A, and verify interlock-loop integrity and normal vehicle startup.
