CUSTOMER CONCERN

CAUSE

The high-voltage battery service disconnect was not fully connected, opening the high-voltage interlock circuit.

CORRECTION

Properly connect and latch the high-voltage battery service disconnect, clear DTCs, and verify the vehicle enters ready mode.
