CUSTOMER CONCERN
The engine will not crank and the Stop Safely Now message is displayed; the BECM stores P0B37 and P1A10, while the SOBDM stores P0A0A and P0B37.
CAUSE
The high-voltage battery service disconnect was not fully seated and latched, leaving the interlock circuit open.
CORRECTION
Inspect, clean as needed, fully seat and latch the high-voltage battery service disconnect, clear P0A0A, P0B37 and P1A10, and verify the vehicle starts without the Stop Safely Now message.
