CUSTOMER CONCERN

Cabin heater blows cold unless the gasoline engine is running.

CAUSE

The front electric auxiliary heater coolant pump would not operate when commanded.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the auxiliary heater coolant pump and verify cabin heat in electric mode.
