2012 GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid – No Crank With P0BBD

CUSTOMER CONCERN

The vehicle has a no-crank, no-start condition with a Service Hybrid System message and DTC P0BBD after an earlier stall.

CAUSE

The BECM reported insufficient drive-motor battery voltage, and the confirmed repair identified the high-voltage battery assembly as failed.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the drive-motor high-voltage battery assembly, clear DTC P0BBD, and verify starting and hybrid-system operation.
