CUSTOMER CONCERN

The engine stalls after the vehicle sat for an extended period and DTCs P0BBD and P1A1F are stored.

CAUSE

The high-voltage battery state of charge fell too low during extended storage to support normal hybrid operation.

CORRECTION

Recharge the high-voltage battery using the scan-tool Jump Assist procedure, clear P0BBD and P1A1F, and verify starting and hybrid operation.
