CUSTOMER CONCERN

Customer states the engine will not crank and the Stop Safely Now message is displayed. DTCs P0B37 and P1A10 are stored.

CAUSE

Inspection confirmed the high-voltage battery service disconnect handle was not fully latched, leaving the interlock circuit open.

CORRECTION

Correctly seat and latch high-voltage battery service disconnect. Clear hybrid-system DTCs and verify normal starting operation.
