CUSTOMER CONCERN

The Stop Safely warning came on while driving and DTCs P0A27 and P1A10 were stored.

CAUSE

The high-voltage traction-battery internal harness and calibration were confirmed as the fault.

CORRECTION

A jumper harness was installed in the high-voltage battery assembly and the battery calibration was updated.
