CUSTOMER CONCERN

The IMA and check-engine lights were on, DTC P0A7F was stored, and power could drop enough that the vehicle struggled to exceed 35 mph uphill.

CAUSE

The high-voltage IMA battery had deteriorated.

CORRECTION

The high-voltage battery was replaced and the required control-module software was updated.
