2019 Nissan LEAF S – Will Not Charge With Multiple DTCs
CUSTOMER CONCERN The vehicle will not charge and stores DTCs C1109, C118C-6, U1000, B142A, B2193, P0A1B, P0A8D, P3247, U1027-16, U1027, B2891, U0142-16, and P2891-19. CAUSE The confirmed repair identified failures in the EV charging-port plug and the Power Delivery Module. CORRECTION Remove and replace the failed EV charging-port plug and Power Delivery Module, clear the stored DTCs, and verify normal charging operation.
2011 Nissan LEAF SV – Power Windows Inoperative
CUSTOMER CONCERN Power windows are inoperative. CAUSE Inspection found a heat-damaged terminal at the power-window master-switch connector, preventing the switch from operating the windows. CORRECTION Remove and replace the power-window master switch after confirming the melted connector terminal.
2011 Nissan LEAF SV – Will Not Run or Charge With P0AA6
CUSTOMER CONCERN Vehicle will not operate or charge and stores DTC P0AA6. CAUSE High-voltage isolation testing measured 90 volts between the positive battery terminal and battery case. Isolating the module stacks identified battery module 37 shorted from its positive side to its casing. CORRECTION Remove and replace failed high-voltage battery module 37, reassemble the battery pack, clear DTC P0AA6, and verify vehicle operation and charging.
