2018 Toyota Prius – Active Grille Shutter Not Working

CUSTOMER CONCERN

The active grille shutter remained inoperative after collision repairs and did not respond to commanded operation.

CAUSE

The collision had physically damaged the active grille-shutter actuator. DTC P05B131 was present.

CORRECTION

The damaged active grille-shutter actuator was replaced.
