CUSTOMER CONCERN Check-engine warning is on with DTC P2602, and replacing the inverter water pump did not stop the code from returning. CAUSE P2602 applied to the transaxle oil-circulation pump rather than the inverter coolant pump. Power, ground and control-circuit testing identified the transmission oil-pump assembly as the failed component. CORRECTION Remove and replace the transmission oil-pump assembly, clear DTC P2602, and verify transaxle oil-pump operation.

CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the vehicle will not start, will not shift out of Park and cannot be switched off normally after the discharged 12-volt battery was replaced. DTC C2309 is stored. CAUSE Confirmed failed IGCT relay interrupted B+ power through the IGCT No. 2 and No. 3 fuse circuits to the transmission control ECU. CUSTOMER CONCERN Customer states the transmission does not shift correctly. DTC P1775 is stored for the electric oil-pump status circuit along with C-CAN communication DTC U1007. CAUSE Confirmed open circuits in wires 3 and 6 adjacent to electric oil-pump control unit connector E64-B. CORRECTION Repair the open circuits at wires 3 and 6 near electric oil-pump control unit connector E64-B.
