CUSTOMER CONCERN

The brake pedal remains soft after a brake-fluid flush.

CAUSE

Air remained in the electronically controlled brake hydraulic system because the initial bleeding method did not complete the ABS-assisted air-bleed routine.

CORRECTION

Perform the complete brake air-bleed procedure with Toyota Techstream, then verify a firm brake pedal and normal brake-system operation.
