CUSTOMER CONCERN
Generator Inverter Performance DTC P0A7A is stored.
CAUSE
Insulation and resistance checks of the three-phase U, V, and W generator circuits isolated the fault to the hybrid starter-generator rather than its cables; cable resistance specification is 1 ohm or less.
CORRECTION
Disable the high-voltage system, remove and replace the hybrid starter-generator, clear DTC P0A7A, and verify generator and hybrid-system operation.
