CUSTOMER CONCERN

Check Charging System, IMA, and brake warning lamps are on; the hybrid battery does not charge and hard DTC P1437 will not clear.

CAUSE

Confirmed failed high-voltage battery after the IMA motor power-cable and stator continuity checks were completed.

CORRECTION

Remove and replace the high-voltage battery, clear DTC P1437, and verify IMA and hybrid-battery charging operation.
