CUSTOMER CONCERN

After cabin-filter replacement, the interior lamps stay on, the check-engine light is illuminated with DTC P0463, and the message center reports all doors open.

CAUSE

BCM connector C2280F was not fully seated after the cabin-filter service.

CORRECTION

Reseat and secure BCM connector C2280F, clear DTC P0463, and verify the interior lamps, door-ajar indications, and engine warning light operate normally.
